I don't think we spent any single day of our childhood without a massive fight...

and then, one fine day, I realised how genuinely you care for me... 

and then, we never fought... well, almost never!!

So I was very very happy when you recently visited 

our campus home at Indore... 

and we talked about all the random things we wanted!

Dog in a temple

Recently bought a book - Sarama and Her Children: The Dog in Indian Myth by the versatile Bibek Debroy, author, economist, Sanskrit scholar, and much more!
While I find time to read the book, you can enjoy this dog idol being worshipped at Kaal Bhairav Temple, Ujjain. Incidentally, Kaal Bhairav is considered to be the gatekeeper of the ruling deity of Ujjain, Shri Mahakaal.

जिस दिन ये ब्लॉग बंद किया था, वो दिन भी विशेष था और आज का भी.

दिन सारे वो भी विशेष थे जो बीच में गुज़रे,

और वो भी जो बीच में आये बिन गुज़रे!

तुमने इतने दिन मेरी प्रतीक्षा में बिताए, इसका धन्यवाद! 

और अगर तुमने मेरी प्रतीक्षा नहीं भी की तो भी धन्यवाद!

It's been seven and a half years since I started this photoblog. 

I never thought that it would last this long. 

However, I think it is far too long now.

In exactly one month from today, 

on a particularly special day,

I will post the last post of this blog.

As of now, I think it will be a final full-stop.

However, it may just be a long break.

You see, sometimes, I require long breaks

from any thing - 

be it relationships, activities, or blogs.

चूहे से

जागी
बस
वितृष्णा

चूहे को देखा
तो सोचा
ये सबने
चूहे पर कैसे
लिखे
कोई कविता।
